Problems with your order?

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY

  • If you do not receive your order within the timeframe allotted based on the shipping terms chosen, please contact our customer service team at 888-275-8747, option 2, within 60 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, for additional assistance. Estimated shipping times from ship date are as follows: 

US Postal Service: 7-21 business days 

FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days 

FedEx 2Day: 2 business days 

FedEx Overnight: Next Day 

After 60 days, the shipment and contents are considered lost or stolen, and are not replaceable. 

 

  • Passes purchased from USGS may be returned for a refund within 60 days of the ship date if the pass has not been used and is unsigned. The $5 handling fee, $10 processing fee, or any expidited shipping fee is non-refundable. Passes cannot be exchanged, or credit offered. The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.

  • We recommend returning the pass using a trackable method. Orders returned more than 60 days after the ship date are not eligible for a refund or credit and will be returned to the purchaser.
