Problems with your order?

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY

  • If you do not receive your order within the timeframe allotted based on the shipping terms chosen, please contact our customer service team at 888-275-8747, option 2, within 60 days of the ship date, for additional assistance. Estimated shipping times from ship date are as follows: 

US Postal Service: 7-21 business days 

FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days 

FedEx 2Day: 2 business days 

FedEx Overnight: Next Day 

After 60 days, the shipment and contents are considered lost or stolen, and are not replaceable. 

 

  • Passes purchased from USGS may be returned for a refund within 60 days of the ship date if the pass has not been used and is unsigned. The $5 handling fee, $10 processing fee, or any expedited shipping fee is non-refundable. Passes cannot be exchanged, or credit offered. The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment. Refunds cannot be processed until the physical pass is received by USGS.

  • We recommend returning the pass using a trackable method. Orders returned more than 60 days after the ship date are not eligible for a refund or credit and will be returned to the purchaser.
